Dare to Dream Readers,

Starting in January 2003 through August 2003 Iowa Federation of Families for Children’s Mental Health started asking families to dream and to tell us what in an ideal State-of- the-Art Systems of Care would look like. This system is based on their own field experiences as family members.

These are their statements about what the service system would look like when the “dream” comes true.

With all of us working together our dream can become a reality!
