A Promise of Hope...
The mission of Independent Child Advocate Services is to provide family and youth driven community-based services that respond to the unique and diverse complex needs of all community members.
Independent Child Advocate Services was founded in 2007 to serve the mental health needs of youth and families in rural areas of Iowa.
Independent Child Advocate Services is committed to assisting families developing their own success and supporting their plan to stay healthy and safe. We will construct a unique agency that welcomes family led and family drive services that are completely defined by the youth and family.
Our commitment to fiscal responsibility starts with our Board of Directors. Determination of fiscal policies and budget guidelines begins with this group of eleven dedicated individuals. For this reason we have been able to maintain a low administrative overhead cost. Ninety-five cents of every dollar spent in the agency goes directly to serve the youth and families working with our agency.
